ATM books include entry pages, white paper printed in black ink, cover material of Kayhide and a clear vinyl card pocket sealed to the outside back of the bank cover to accommodate the ATM card. The ATM card wallets are vinyl with two frosty pockets on the interior, and a thumb-cut frosty pocket sealed to the outside back cover. Stock ATM Registers come with no printing and are available for immediate delivery.
