DEALER INFORMATION

Silvanus Products, Inc. is proud to offer the following incentive program for qualified dealers. Silvanus Incentive Program will begin January of each year and terminate the following December 31. The details of this program are spelled out below. We have also included a simple acknowledgement form for you to return (REQUIRED) if you would like to be considered for the incentive program.
The Silvanus Incentive Program spells out guidelines for all dealer/ reseller accounts. In order to qualify, all aspects of the agreement must be met. The below are a list of our guidelines and conditions for this program. To learn more about this program please call 573-883-2521 Ext. 120 for information.
All conditions MUST be met and maintained for entire year of eligibility!
- ALL accounts will have terms of Net 45 days, with no finance charges being assessed on late accounts. Any account that exceeds 75 days past due the original invoice date, will automatically be placed on credit hold. This is for both incoming and outgoing orders. A call will be placed to determine what the issue is. Then a determination will be made on how to proceed. (Negates Incentive)
- Any account that is repeatedly past due 75 days from the original invoice date, will be suspended and put on CIA (cash in advance) 50% status. This means we will not accept any orders for production without a 50% down payment, with the balance of the order being due upon completion, and before the order ships to its destination. (Negates Incentive)
- All dealers with open credit accounts, regardless of their credit limit, must fill out a credit application, information disclosure form and sales tax exemption certificate (if applicable). These items are necessary forms we need to be able to conduct business with you. These items must be kept current; therefore, we reserve the right to request updated information when necessary.

- All dealers will be responsible for maintaining and keeping their account current. Communication is ESSENTIAL and if you are having an issue with an invoice, or your products, you must notify your Customer Service Representative &/or the Accounting Department immediately. Problems need to be addressed sooner rather than later. If a product must be returned, there is a 3 month window from the date of your invoice that we will address any issues. After this time, we will no longer accept returns. We suggest that you (&/or your customer) inspect all products upon delivery.

All dealers must adhere to the rules of our credit terms to be able to participate in our incentive program. Those dealers that qualify for this program must stay within the guidelines presented throughout the ENTIRE year, Jan – Dec. Incentives will be totaled at year end, and will be allowed on orders that have been paid in full and payment received within that calendar year. Incentive checks will be processed after our month end for Dec 31, and our year end procedures have been completed with an approximate release date of mid February.
Enclosed you will find an acknowledgment form to enroll your company in the incentive program. This form is required if you wish to participate. The form will also have an area for feedback from you, Our Dealer. We wish to know any way that we can better serve you in the future.
